Beaufort cautions residents: Don’t walk in Boundary Street traffic
Some people are walking through construction areas or on the street during work on the Boundary Street project, despite signs or barriers marking closed portions of sidewalks, the city says.
In a news release this week, the city asked people to be careful and noted that many sidewalks are closed during work on the project, which is expected to be completed in early 2018.
Stay away from construction areas and look for other walking paths, the release said.
