(Some) Beaufort County libraries to extend hours

Some Beaufort County Libraries will extend their operating hours starting Saturday.

The branch libraries in Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head will extend their hours slightly with each branch doing so differently.

The hours at the Lobeco and St. Helena branches will remain the same.

In addition, the Beaufort District Collection, the library system’s special local history and archives department, will expand its hours to stay open until 5 p.m. on Fridays.

Beaufort Hours

▪  Monday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

▪  Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

▪  Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

▪  Thursday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

▪  Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

▪  Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

▪  Sunday: Closed

Bluffton Hours

▪  Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

▪  Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

▪  Saturday: 10 p.m. to 5 p.m.

▪  Sunday: Closed

Hilton Head Hours

▪  Monday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

▪  Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

▪  Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

▪  Thursday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

▪  Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

▪  Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
