Lowcountry Estuarium to celebrate National Estuaries day

Lowcountry Estuarium in Port Royal is hosting a tour of the Sands Beach in Port Royal on Saturday as part of National Estuaries Day.

Curator Bob Bender will offer a tour of the intertidal zone which starts at 9 a.m. and expected to last 90 minutes. Registration is required by emailing estuarium@islc.net.

There is no cost but donations to the Lowcountry Estuarium will be accepted.
