Did this Burton man deserve to go to jail? Community rallies behind shotgun owner

Burton’s Clifton Henry was arrested Friday on charges of pointing and presenting a firearm at another person. But the details of the case have many asking why he was arrested at all.

According to police reports, Henry was confronted at his home by a woman following a road incident. When the woman later returned to the house with her husband, Henry answered the door with a shotgun and fired it into the air.
