Beaufort intersection work will affect traffic, Spanish Moss Trail

Work at the intersection of Parris Island Gateway and Trask Parkway next week in Beaufort will close a shoulder of the road. Spanish Moss Trail users are asked to look out for construction equipment and digging near the trail.

The construction is scheduled Sept. 12-15 and includes curb and gutter work as part of a new right-turn lane for vehicles turning onto Parris Island Gateway from Trask Parkway.
