Bluffton to host heirs’ property seminar

Bluffton officials, along with the Center for Heirs’ Property Preservation, are hosting an informational seminar on heirs’ property at 6 p.m. June 20 at Town Hall, 20 Bridge St.

Attendees can learn how to preserve their property, increase the value of their land and how to “clear title,” according to a town news release.

The event is free and open to the public.
