The Town of Hilton Head Island’s Circle to Circle Committee will hold four public forums this week as it nears the end of its process to develop a plan for improvements from the area extending from the Sea Pines Circle to the Coligny Circle.

The committee and urban planning consultants from Design Workshop will share background and short- and long-term approaches to topics like congestion at Sea Pines Circle, parking issues at Coligny and growing pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The committee will also present a long-term vision for possible evolution of the area.

The public can attend forums:

  • 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Shipyard Plantation Beach House, 10 Shipyard Drive.
  • 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chambers in Town Hall, 1 Town Center Court
  • 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Coligny Theatre in Coligny Plaza, 1 N. Forest Beach Drive.
  • 3:30 p.m. Thursday at the CSA Community Center in Sea Pines.

Exhibits will be available for viewing 30 minutes before the start of each meeting.
