USDA to hold investment workshops

U.S. Department of Agriculture agencies in South Carolina are teaming up on May 3 to provide workshops aimed at helping residents in Jasper County and surrounding areas learn about USDA investments.

Those investments include conservation practices, housing, community facilities, businesses and infrastructure, according to a USDA release.

The agency offers assistance with a number of programs from cost-sharing and financial assistance to loans and grants, the release said.

Workshops begin at 9 a.m. at One Cooperative Way, Hardeeville.
