Bluffton May River cleanup event set April 23

A May River cleanup effort is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. April 23 at Oyster Factory Park in Bluffton.

All supplies including gloves, bags, vests and water will be provided by the town of Bluffton, Neighbors for Clean Water, Palmetto Pride, Keep Beaufort County Beautiful, and Beaufort County Solid Waste & Recycling.

Limited kayaks will be made available from Marshgrass Adventures.
