Nigeria the topic of Nov. 20 meeting

Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu, a professor at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, will address the World Affairs Council of Hilton Head at 10 a.m. Nov. 20 at the First Presbyterian Church on William Hilton Parkway.

His topic is "Why Nigeria Could Become One of the World's Leading Economies by 2030." He is the author "Emerging Africa: How the Global Economy's 'Last Frontier' Can Prosper and Matter."

Coffee will be served beginning at 9 a.m.
