Two Bluffton staffers promoted

Bluffton town staffers Shawn Leininger and Kendra Lelie were recently promoted, according to a town release.

Leininger is now the assistant town manager and executive director of the Bluffton Public Development Corporation.

He has worked for the town since 2011, serving as the director of growth management, planning and community development manager and as a principal planner.

Lelie, formerly the assistant director of growth management, has been promoted to director of growth management.
