Spartina 449’s big warehouse sale coming to Bluffton in July. Here’s when & how to get tickets

Spartina 449’s charitable warehouse sale is coming this July. This is the 14th edition of the women’s apparel store’s annual event and will again be held at Bluffton High School.

Ticket sales open at noon this Friday on Eventbrite. The ticket page can be accessed on the store’s website when sales open. Around 75% of tickets are sold on the first day, Spartina’s Chief Revenue Officer, Christy Sheets said.

Here are the available tickets:

• Golden ticket: Provides access to the sale at any time, $55
• Early bird ticket: Entry at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., or 11:00 a.m., $20
• Brunch club ticket: Entry at 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., or 1:00 p.m., $10
• Happy hour ticket: Entry at 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m., or 4:30 p.m., $5

Around 7,000 tickets are available, and golden tickets are extremely limited, Sheets said. Golden tickets sell out in around three minutes. The Brunch Club ticket is new this year.

All proceeds from ticket sales are donated to Spartina’s charity partners. This year’s partners are Volunteers in Medicine Clinic HHI, Daufuskie Island Historical Foundation, Sea Turtle Patrol HHI and Second Helpings.

The 2025 sale raised $63,220. Customers can also round-up at checkout for the charities. Sheets said the sale is expected to set a new record for donations to the charities.

Customers can find Spartina’s “best discounts of the year” at the sale, with some items priced upwards of 90% off, Sheets said. Several items will be exclusive to the sale, including a crossbody bag, cooler and tote bag. One of a kind prototype items can also be found at the sale.

The sale starts Friday, July 10 at 9 a.m. and continues through Sunday. Golden ticket holders can attend the sale at any time, including on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
