National chocolate brand opens store in Hilton Head area. Here’s where, when to visit
A new stop for sweets has opened its doors for Lowcountry chocolate lovers.
Russell Stover Chocolates has officially opened a new retail shop at the Tanger 2 Outlet Center.
The store welcomed its first customers on Dec. 4. It is located at 1414 Fording Island Road, Suite A130, next door to the Vans Outlet.
What does the store offer?
Founded in 1923, Russell Stover has long been known for its classic boxed chocolates and handcrafted confections. It has factories located in Kansas and Texas that create the brand’s signature treats.
Shoppers visiting the new Hilton Head location will find traditional chocolate boxes, gift baskets, seasonal favorites and a rotating assortment of specialty items.
A center display features popular pieces such as caramel squares, mint patties, coconut clusters and s’mores chocolates, along with other seasonal and signature options.
When can shoppers visit?
The shop is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
Russell Stover is also offering extended holiday hours through Dec. 31 for those last-minute dessert needs. During this period, the store will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.
On Christmas Eve, Russell Stover will open early at 8 a.m. and close at 6 p.m. The store will be closed on Christmas Day, with regular business hours resuming Jan. 1, 2026.
