New bakery & bubble tea shop brings sweet sips to Bluffton. Here’s where
If you’re on the hunt for new fun drinks and baked goods in the Bluffton area, then you’re in luck.
A new bubble tea and bakery café has quietly made its debut in Bluffton and hopes to satisfy all sweet and savory taste buds.
T Baguette & Boba, located at 321 Hope Pond Way, Suite 102, just off New Riverside Road in New River Village, officially opened its doors at the beginning of April.
The new business is quickly becoming a community favorite. According to store employees, the shop has already seen bustling weekends and afternoons, with lines forming for their signature bubble teas and baked specialties.
T Baguette & Boba is the brainchild of entrepreneur Ivy Prusinowski, who has been working at Parlour Nails located right next door for years.
Prusinowski officially decided to open a business of her own earlier this year, combining baked goods and fan-favorite boba tea.

From crispy baguette sandwiches to creamy milk teas and chewy boba pearls, T Baguette & Boba offers grab-and-go snacks or leisurely dining options.

What is boba tea?
Boba tea, also referred to as bubble tea, originated in Taiwan in the 1980s and reached the United States about 10 years later when Taiwanese tea chains began popping up across the nation.
Boba is made out of water, potato starch, brown sugar and tapioca starch, which is formed into toppings for drinks, sweet treats or just as a snack, often called tapioca pearls or popping bubbles.
The word boba refers to the bite-sized, chewy tapioca pearls found in bubble milk tea, though sometimes people use it to refer to the entire drink itself.
Boba pearl drinks come in many different flavors and can be a creative way to add some fun to your beverage.
When can you visit?
Though the grand opening celebration is still in the works, business has been booming since their soft opening back in late March.
