Harbor Freight Tools opening new store in Beaufort County area. Here’s when and where
Have you been looking to start a new home project, give your space a fresh makeover or maybe your front porch just needs some TLC?
For Okatie and greater Bluffton residents, finding those last-minute tools and equipment needs just got a bit easier.
Harbor Freight Tools is set to open its doors in Okatie Crossing this summer.
According to Michael Patterson of Horne Properties, this location will be a free-standing store with almost 20,000 feet worth of hardware, tools and equipment.
Horne Properties is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and overlooks the property development and management for most of the Okatie Crossing area.
This new Harbor Freight location will be located at 127 Okatie Center Boulevard North, in the empty lot right in between the new Pet Paradise Boarding Service and Citadel Self Storage. This new location is conveniently set between US 278 and Highway 170, providing access for travelers on both of these major roadways.
Harbor Freights stores are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Patterson states that this new location in Okatie is set to be completed by mid-July or early August of 2025.
Currently, residents in Okatie have to travel into Bluffton or Savannah to visit the nearest Home Depot, ACE Hardware or Lowe’s.
