With a new year comes new events, and what better to celebrate the first month of 2025 than with good food and even better entertainment?
Hilton Head’s food scene has seen new locations, relocations and all things in between in the past few weeks. With Chamber Restaurant Week right around the corner too, there are always new things to try and do on the island.
Here is a roundup of the upcoming restaurant events happening from Jan. 18 to Feb. 8:
The Black Marlin Bayside Grille
Join The Black Marlin this Saturday, Jan. 18 for their Oyster Roast. Starting at 3 p.m., this event will include a Lowcountry boil, live music and menu specials. Oyster buckets start at $23.
You can also visit The Black Marlin Grille any Saturday and Sunday to watch all of the NFL and college games while enjoying their bar menu.

Iron Chef Cook-Off at the Sea Pines Resort
On Jan. 24, join the Iron Chef Cook-Off at the Sea Pines Resort from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Heritage Room at the Harbour Town Clubhouse.
Master Sommelier, Larry O’Brien, will pair wines with each of the featured chef’s dishes. For a full list of the chefs and restaurants, visit the Sea Pines event page. Guests can vote and name the Iron Chef of the evening. This event requires tickets.
This event will be located at 11 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head.
Poseidon Rooftop Bar
If you’re looking for some good music, visit Poseidon’s Rooftop on Friday, Jan. 24 for a tribute band to The Grateful Dead, Direwolf.

For more football streaming, visit Nectar in Old Town Bluffton on Saturdays for college and NFL games. Enjoy their football specials including $5 house wine, well liquor and beer along with delicious bites and appetizers from the bar.
You can also enjoy brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring blues music.
Saturday brunch features Phillip Cox.
Sunday brunch features La Bodega.
Nectar also has happy hour from 4-7 p.m. daily.
On Saturday, Feb. 8, Nectar is hosting their Oyster Roast starting at 3 p.m. This event includes a Lowcountry boil, music, drink specials and more.

SERG South Island Dine Around Passports
SERG Restaurant Group is offering their Dine Around Passports for 2025 that allow diners to purchase one entrée and get the second entrée half off for participating restaurants on the south side of Hilton Head Island.
The passport books are available in any SERG Restaurant on Hilton Head. To receive one, simply ask your server, bartender or host for a book.
