This Hilton Head seafood restaurant has closed. Here’s what we know
Chain restaurant Hook & Reel has closed its doors to its Hilton Head location at 95 Mathews Drive this week.
Hook & Reel is known for its cajun-style cuisine and seafood dishes. Its location in Hilton Head offered seafood boils, signature cocktails and sandwiches.
Reviews on Yelp rate this restaurant at 3.5 stars. Visitors often commented on the small size of the menu but enjoyed items like their hushpuppies and different boil options.
Their second location in Bluffton, 1009 Fording Island Road, is still open for business. They are open 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
