With TJ Maxx and HomeGoods’ doors open at the new Beaufort Station center, anticipation is rising for the other tenants’ tentative opening dates. And no, there’s still isn’t a date set for Aldi.

This month, Hobby Lobby, Five Below and Rack Room Shoes will welcome the public, according to center’s developers at The Morgan Companies.

In July, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart and Ross Dress for Less are set to open in the shopping center, which is at the southwest corner of Parris Island Gateway and Robert Smalls Parkway. Old Navy’s planned opening date will be in August.

Aldi Grocery Stores, America’s Best Contacts and Eye Glasses, Mattress Firm, Chicken Salad Chick, Parker’s Kitchen, Panda Express and Surcheros Fresh Mex do not have listed launch dates, according to The Morgan Companies’ website.

Based on the developer’s most-recent mock up, there are six retail spaces in Beaufort Station without listed tenants. Zach Means, a senior vice president of Divaris Real Estate Inc., did not return request for comment to confirm whether the remaining spaces had been leased but not publicly announced, or were available to lease.

Between The Morgan Companies and the tenants, close to $60 million will be invested in the project, Trey Morgan, president of the agency, told The Island Packet in February. Morgan said the 31-acre parcel was one of the largest in Beaufort, and the 200,000-square-foot shopping center will be on of the biggest between Charleston and Savannah.
