4 great juice bars and smoothie joints on Hilton Head to help you reach that New Year health goal

Was your New Year’s resolution to prioritize your health, promote healthier habits or include certain fitness aspects into your current lifestyle?

The tropical, Lowcountry destination of Hilton Head Island has plenty of healthy eating locales to visit, but if fruit is on your flavor palate then there are several south end establishments you can visit.

Here are four smoothie and juice-serving restaurants on the island for you to visit.

Smooth

Smooth is a popular juice shop on Hilton Head Island that can be found at 11 Palmetto Bay Road in Suite 107A. This smoothie spot, which is on the south end of the island, offers a variety of smoothie options to choose from, such as acai bowls, bottles, smoothies, juices and juice shots.

Smooth is open daily to the public from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on weekdays and for varying hours throughout the weekend.

Healthy Habit

Healthy Habit is a healthy eating restaurant on Hilton Head Island that serves vibrant, nourishing food and a variety of offerings to help achieve your goals. Currently, the establishment is providing options such as meal preps, 30 juices and meals, catering and more. Located at 33 Office Park Road in Suite 227 on the island’s south end, the wellness restaurant serves multiple acai bowl choices, smoothies and juices as well as salads, wraps, hot bowls, paninis, breakfasts and toasts.

Healthy Habit is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Delisheeyo

One of the few places on the island and in the county to exclusively serve vegetarian food, Delisheeyo can be found on the south end of Hilton Head at 32 Palmetto Bay Road in The Village Exchange. The vegetarian restaurant provides a varietal menu, featuring salads, bowls, juices and wraps. Among the bowl options, guests can select a smoothie bowl with fruits of their choosing or an acai bowl that is complete with a myriad of toppings.

The healthy establishment is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Sundays.

Al’s Aloha Kitchen

Al’s Aloha Kitchen is a popular Hawaiian cuisine establishment on the south end of Hilton Head Island that serves a variety of superfruit bowls, juices, juice shots and smoothies as well as coffees and poke bowls. After opening in 2018, the restaurant will open a larger, second location in Bluffton.

The Hilton Head Island locale can be found in the Circle Center at 70 Pope Avenue in Suite O and is open daily.
