Here’s when 14 liquor stores will be open on Thanksgiving in Beaufort, from Hilton Head to Bluffton
Still needing to run a last-minute errand to fetch your holiday spirits? Whether you need to entertain your guests with a pre-dinner cocktail hour or to supplement your NFL game day lucky drink, it can be difficult to find many stores open on Thanksgiving Day.
While state-run liquor stores remain closed on national holidays, many local establishments will remain open.
Here is a list of liquor stores in Beaufort County that will remain open on Thanksgiving.
Hilton Head Island
Island Liquors & Wine: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Hilton Head Wine & Spirits: Will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Island Spirits & Fine Wines: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Closures: All Rollers Wine & Spirits locations, all Reilley’s locations, Park Plaza Spirits & Fine Wines and Sea Pines Liquor Store will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Bluffton
Big Jim’s Liquors: This establishment will be open, but the length of hours will depend on customer demand.
Buckwalter Wine & Spirits: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Bill’s Liquors & Fine Wine: The Fording Island Road location will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
A1Liquors & Wines: Will be open from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.
Low Country Liquors & Spirits: Will be open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Herm’s Liquor: Will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Local Liquor: Will be open from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Closures: High Tide Liquors, Belfair Fine Wines & Spirits, Bill’s Liquor & Fine Wines at the May River Crossing location and Old Town Liquors will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
Beaufort
Bills Liquors & Fine Wine: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Frank’s Spirits and Wine: Both the Ribaut Road and Boundary Street locations will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Cheers Liquors # 3: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Beverage Warehouse #2: Will be open from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Herm’s Liquors: Will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Buoy’s Liquor & Wine: Will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Closures: Oxford Liquor ABC Package Store will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
