Luxury apartments along Bluffton Parkway opening next month

A slew of luxury apartments a 20-minute walk from Old Town Bluffton will soon be available to rent along Bluffton Parkway.

Enclave at Bluffton Park, a planned 110-unit, multi-family apartment complex, will open its doors to the public on March 2, and move-ins are expected shortly after, the property’s management company, JMG Realty, announced last week.

Construction is expected to be complete on all 11 apartment buildings by mid-2020, developer David Staley, founder and president of Main Street Realty on Hilton Head Island, said Tuesday.

The apartments will be equidistant from Old Town Bluffton and the Bluffton Walmart Supercenter, and are situated just down the road from another complex — The Bluestone Apartments.

The entrance to Enclave at Bluffton Park, as seen on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020, is a new luxury apartment complex located off of Bluffton Parkway just east of Red Cedar Street in greater Bluffton.

JMG Realty says the complex will “fill the void of luxury rentals walkable to Old Town Bluffton.”

The apartments will be about 1.2 miles from The Promenade, according to Google Maps.

The complex will offer complimentary bicycles to residents.

Enclave at Bluffton’s first building will feature one-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhomes, a leasing office, fitness center, internet cafe, conference room and lounging nook, according to a news release from JMG Realty.

Rent prices range from $1,505 to $2,050, according to the apartment’s website.

The apartment units will have plank flooring, high ceilings, granite counters, subway-tile backsplashes, kitchen island and stainless steel appliances, according to a news release from JMG Realty. Private balconies and patios will be available.

Staley said that there will be 39 garages available for residents.

The apartment complex, when it was approved by the Town of Bluffton in 2018, was initally called Vantage Pointe Apartments at Bluffton Park.

Construction began in November 2018.

About six months ago, Staley said his website design staff recommended he change the name to Enclave at Bluffton Park for marketing reasons.

Staley said he is anxious for the complex to open; he said he’s seen a lot of demand online for the apartments.

“We look forward to carrying out the developer’s vision to cultivate a lifestyle at the Enclave consistent with the vibrant low-country culture of our neighbors in Old Town Bluffton,” said Jean Woodworth, JMG executive vice president and partner.
