Rain is back in Beaufort County's forecast. Here's when you can expect it.
Beaufort County will likely see rain showers on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
The area has a 100 percent chance of precipitation, with an inch of rain possible. Despite the rain, temperatures are expected to warm up. The high on Sunday is in the mid-60s — up from Saturday's high around 50 degrees.
Those temperatures will stick around through the beginning of the week, with highs around 60 degrees on Hilton Head and in Beaufort on Monday. The county is expected to see sunny skies Monday and Tuesday.
Come Wednesday, though, Beaufort County may see a return of rain showers.
While rain hits the Lowcountry, other parts of the Palmetto State could see snow over the weekend. The Upstate has a 60 percent chance of precipitation Sunday morning, which could be a mix of freezing rain, sleet and snow.
