Port Royal man identified as victim of fatal Beaufort County crash
A Port Royal resident was killed in a car crash early Wednesday morning in the Burton area.
Mathew Bogan, 32, died after the Toyota Camry he was driving left the road and hit a tree along Broad River Boulevard just after 1 a.m., according to the Beaufort County Coroner’s Office and S.C. Highway Patrol.
Bogan was not wearing a seat belt, Highway Patrol Cpl. Sonny Collins said.
