Reinvigorate yourself at work with these quick stretches

Not everyone has a job that allows them to move around. But even those who find themselves chained to a desk all day can and should take a quick break from time to time to keep their body limber and help improve their concentration.

We asked Jean Rioux, certified yoga instructor at Jiva Yoga Center on Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, to demonstrate some stretches that you can do right at your desk.

She came of with these three, all of which are based on yoga postures.
