Local bra-fitting event to benefit national breast cancer research organization

Specialists with an intimate apparel company will be on hand for complimentary bra fittings this week as part of a nationwide breast cancer prevention event, according to a news release.

Fit specialists with Wacoal will be on hand for the fittings, part of the Fit For the Cure national event, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday April 7 and Friday April 8, at Belk, 24 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head.

For every woman who participates and purchases a Wacoal bra, shapewear piece or b.tempt’d bra, the company will make a donation to the Susan G. Komen® organization.
