Hilton Head senior center to host health fair open house

The Hilton Head Island Senior Center will host a “Health Fair Open House” from 1-3 p.m. on today, at the senior center, 70 Shelter Cove Lane, Suite L, Hilton Head.

A number of medical and non-medical vendors and specialists will be available to answer questions, according to a news release.

In addition, health screenings will be offered including blood pressure and cholesterol tests.
