Beaufort Memorial Hospital to host stroke support group

Beaufort Memorial Hospital will host its stroke support group this week.

The support group will meet 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, on the third floor of the hospital’s Life Fit building, 990 Ribaut Road, Beaufort.

Dr. Kurt Gambla, chief medical officer for Beaufort Memorial Hospital, will be the guest speaker.

Anyone who has suffered from a stroke as well as their family or caregivers are invited to attend. A light snack will be provided.

The group meets the third Thursday of each month.
