Hilton Head Hospital to offer flu shots

Hilton Head Hospital will offer seasonal flu shots beginning in October.

There is no cost for Medicare recipients but a photo ID, such as a driver's license or state-issued identification card, and the patient's Medicare Part B card must be presented at the time of the appointment.

For those without Medicare, the cost is $30 and can be paid with cash or check. Insurance claims will not be accepted or filed.

Flu shots will be given from 9 a.m. to noon, Oct. 9 at Hilton Head Hospital, 25 Hospital Center Blvd., on Hilton Head, and 9 a.m. to noon, Oct. 16, Bluffton Medical Campus, 75 Baylor Drive, in Bluffton.
