Hospice Care of the Lowcountry earns designation from veterans group

Hospice Care of the Lowcountry has earned a "level three" designation with the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's "We Honor Veterans" program. The designation entails the development of relationships with VA medical centers and veteran organizations to ensure veterans receive end-of-life care. There are four levels in the program.
