And have you noticed that every time that they are at war with one of it's citizens, it has to do with their own interest? Either they let Graves develop the property to invite commercial use or they plan to buy it and do it. It sounds like they are abusing their authority to coerce a favorable outcome for themselves when they should be protecting the rights of the property owner. Tyna Graven Couch
