$6.25M ‘oceanfront oasis’ leads local market as priciest home in this SC community. Take a look
Hilton Head Island has become known for its high demand housing market and beautiful oceanfront homes.
With more people wanting to live the island life, many who choose to move to the area are opting for Hilton Head’s private neighborhood communities.
38 Ensis Road, which is a 4,988 square foot home, was recently listed for sale and is the most-expensive home on the market in the Port Royal private, gated neighborhood community.
The ‘oceanfront oasis’ is priced at $6.25 million and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms as well as one partial bathroom, a three car garage, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double staircase and a private, heated, oceanfront pool and spa.
“There is no other oceanfront home of this caliber listed on Hilton Head Island,” said Catherine Donaldson, Donaldson Group Principal Partner. “38 Ensis was expertly renovated in 2020, so you will see coveted modern finishes throughout and a state-of-the-art kitchen ready for immediate entertaining. It’s a showstopper.”
As you set foot through the front entrance, guests will view the double staircase and the living room’s floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, which are used to display the residence’s beachside views and bring an abundance of natural light into the home.
“From the moment you enter through the grand doorway, your eye is pulled to the ocean,” Donaldson said.
The oceanfront home is also being offered fully furnished to potential buyers.
Included in the five bedrooms within the home is a second-floor owner’s suite, which features access to the veranda, walk-in closet with custom built-ins, an attached study and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a slipper tub and walk-in, marble shower.
As for the back of the residence, once you pass the first floor back porch, complete with a paneled ceiling accompanied by outdoor ceiling fans, this property features a private, oceanfront heated pool and spa.
In addition, the back of the home features private beach access, which is a high value on the island.
