Over 100 residential lots could bring new homes to the Palmetto Bluff community if they are approved by the Town of Bluffton.
Two subdivision plans for a combined 112 single-family residential lots are scheduled to be presented to the town’s Development Review Committee on Tuesday, according to the committee’s agenda.
The first subdivision plan consists of 52.84 acres and connects to Davies Road. The proposed plan would allow May River Forest, LLC., to subdivide the property into 39 single-family residential lots.
The committee will also hear the final development plan for an additional 73 lots over nearly 32 acres within Palmetto Bluff.
Those lots will be located south of Hunting Lodge Road if approved.
Details of the price ranges, square-footage and other details about the homes that could be built on the lots were not listed in the proposals the town provided to the newspaper.
Calls made Friday to Thomas and Hutton Engineering Company — which is representing May River Forest, LLC. in the project — were not successful.
