Seminar to help job seekers sharpen their application skills

Friends of Barnabas will host a Job Seeker Seminar Series from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 4 at Community Bible Church, 638 Parris Island Gateway in Beaufort.

The workshop is free and includes lunch.

During the seminar, attendees will learn the best ways to write a resume, network with people, find out about unpublished jobs, research companies, rehearse for interviews, and other skills that are critical for a successful job search, according to the church’s website.
