Salty Dog opens in Bluffton’s Tanger 2

The Salty Dog has opened for business with a pared down menu at Tanger Outlet Center 2 in Bluffton.

The restaurant’s first mainland location opened about three weeks ago in Suite B-160 II, at the former location of the Robert Irvine-owned Nosh and across the street from the Salty Dog T-Shirt company.

The menu offers Jake’s pizza, burgers and sandwiches, along with sides, starters and the ice cream made in-house at The Salty Dog’s Hilton Head location at South Beach Marina Village in Sea Pines.

Diners can also get a feel for the marina from the restaurant’s dining room, which features a palm tree and a live feed of South Beach.
