Herron named sales manager at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance

South Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company recently named Bryson Herron of Beaufort the District 2 sales manager, overseeing 15 counties, which includes Beaufort County.

Herron has a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Winthrop University. He joined Farm Bureau Insurance in 1998 as an agent in York County. He holds the following designations: chartered life underwriter, chartered financial consultant and life underwriter training council fellow.

In his downtime, Herron enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and shrimping. He also volunteers with Beaufort Parks and Leisure Services, is an active member of his local Coastal Conservation Association chapter and is a member of the Beaufort Chamber of Commerce.
