Fashion blogger Susan Street to speak at Prime of Life Showcase

National fashion and lifestyle blogger Susan Street will speak at Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce’s Prime of Life Showcase, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 24 at Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa, 1 Hotel Circle, Hilton Head.

Street, who describes her 50-plus style as modern and feminine, started her fashion journey on Facebook. She quickly gained a following, and her lifestyle fashion blog FiftyNotFrumpy.com was born. She will speak at 2 p.m.

Also speaking at the event will be David Nelems, executive director of the Don Ryan Center for Innovation, who will provide insight into entrepreneurship after 50. Other speakers include industry experts from Hargray, Palmetto Electric and Hilton Head Regional Hospital.

Exhibitors will showcase four areas: health and wellness, travel and lifestyle, money and work, and technology and innovation. A Conversation & Cocktails after-hours networking event will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. for an entry fee of $5.
