Sonesta Resort to offer free beach yoga

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island will offer free one-hour yoga classes at 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday starting May 9 on the beach in front of the hotel at 130 Shipyard Drive on Hilton Head.

Donations for Hilton Head Humane Society will be collected, and all money donated will go to the nonprofit.

The class schedule is subject to change throughout the summer. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be held indoors.
