Front Light Building Company launched in Beaufort

Matt Green and Delton Cunningham have launched Front Light Building Company, a custom home-building company based in Beaufort.

Front Light showcased its inaugural design house during the Habersham Homes Tour in May 2015 and was the winner of the 2015 Lighthouse Award for Best Overall House, Kitchen & Bath for its category. They have completed three custom-crafted homes at Habersham and plan on breaking ground at Pinckney Retreat later this month.

Almost all of Front Light’s houses are built on two floors, with 10-foot ceilings on the first and 9-foot ceilings on the second. In partnership with Anne Hagerty Interiors, Front Light has created three design packages — Urban Loft, Coastal Cottage and Classic Elegance — that offer selections for wall and trim colors, lighting, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, flooring and tiles selections.
