Sonesta Resort names new director of catering
Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island begins the New Year with a new director of catering.
Diane Hardy has more than 25 years of hospitality and food and beverage experience. In her new role, Hardy will be responsible for promoting, planning and executing special events and social gatherings at the resort.
Most recently, Hardy served as the catering events manager and wedding specialist at The Sea Pines Resort. Her previous experience also includes food and beverage positions at Daufuskie Island Resort & Breathe Spa, Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, Hilton Oceanfront Resort, Long Cove Club and The Westin Hilton Head Island.
Sonesta Resort is at 130 Shipyard Drive.
