Coastal Apartment Advisors adds associate

Hilton Head Island-based Coastal Apartment Advisors has added Andrew Maggard as its newest associate.

Maggard began working in the multifamily industry as an associate with an Atlanta-based eviction process serving firm while in college. He went on to start an affiliated firm specializing in recovering money judgments awarded in landlord-tenant cases.

He entered real estate brokerage in residential sales with a leading company in Atlanta, but shortly thereafter joined CAA to focus on multifamily properties.
