A Bluffton greyhound took top honors in her breed in this weekend's national championships in Orlando, Fla.

GrandCru Gianconda, "Gia" for short, won best of breed and took second place in the Breed by Exhibitor Hound Group, according to her owner, Melanie Steele of Palmetto Bluff.

Earlier this year, Gia won best of breed at the famous Westminster Kennel Club Dog show. She plans to compete at the Westminster show again in February.
