Small businesses offered accounting training

Low country SCORE, in conjunction with Robinson Grant and Co. and the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce, will present a free seminar on the use of Quickbooks from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 12 at the chamber office.

The session aims to take the mystery out of reading and understanding financial statements and will help small businesses improve their cash management.

Attendees are asked to register in advance at www.score.hiltonhead.com.
