Business coordination assistance to be offered at library branches

A local economic development coalition will offer weekly business coordination assistance at the Beaufort County Library System this fall.

Local Money Talks Coalition, under the Together for Beaufort County process, coordinates local resources to help improve the Beaufort County economy. Selected business sectors are identified and suggested in roundtable forums. Topics include "Good Food," "Healthy Homes," "Restorative Economies" and "People Restoration."

Meetings are open to any Beaufort County citizen.

Upcoming meetings:

• Noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 5 and Nov. 2 at the Bluffton branch, 120 Palmetto Way
• Noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 12 and Nov. 9 at the Beaufort branch, 311 Scott St.
• Noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 19 and Nov. 16 at the Hilton Head Island branch, 11 Beach City Road
• 1 to 3 p.m. Oct. 26 and Nov. 23 at the St. Helena Island branch, 6355 Jonathan Francis Sr. Road
