Which Wich now open on Hilton Head Island

Which Wich, a Dallas-based fast-casual franchise, opened Sept. 17 in Circle Center, at 70 Pope Ave., Suite O, according to co-owner Lauren Curtis.

The restaurant is known for its ordering system, which allows customers to select a bag from 10 categories, then indicate on the bag which bread, cheese, spreads and toppings they want. Most categories have five customizable sandwich options.

Which Wich is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Sunday.
