If you don’t have plans for the Super Bowl game on Sunday, don’t fret. There’s plenty of special events happening around Hilton Head and Beaufort.
From an all-you-can-eat buffet to a free nacho bar to a fundraiser for a family in need, there’s plenty of options for you to enjoy game day.
Here are seven Beaufort County events that you can choose from on Super Bowl Sunday:
When: 5 p.m.- 12 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 4 (Doors open at 3 p.m., but the buffet starts at 5 p.m.)
Where: Rooftop Bar at Poseidon on Hilton Head Island
What: 16-foot video wall projecting the game, $25 all-you-can-eat buffet and drink specials
The buffet will feature: buffalo style chicken wings, house made potato chips, french onion dip, chips & salsa, carolina hushpuppies, beef sliders, hot chicken sliders, braised beef tacos, smoked pork tacos, NYC-style hot dogs, mac & cheese and more.
Drink specials include: $3 drafts of Bud Light, Shocktop & Sam Adams and $4 Deep Eddy Vodka & Flavors
This event is seated on a first come first serve basis. Tables and chairs will be available throughout the rooftop and at the bar.
When: 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: The Smokehouse on Hilton Head Island
What: Game time food and drink specials, including 6 wings for $6, $2 fish tacos, $3 chili cheese dogs, 2 skins for $5, $3 bratwurst and $2.75 domestic drafts and bottles of beer.
You can also bring the party back home with take-out dishes such as: 50 wings for $43.95, pulled pork for $12.95 per pound, $19 full rack of ribs or a gallon for chili for $39.95.
When: 4:30- 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: Northridge Cinema on Hilton Head Island
What: Free admission to watch the game in the movie theater and food and drink specials available for purchase at the Cinema Bar.
When: 6-10 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: Fish restaurant at Coligny Plaza on Hilton Head Island
What: Free nacho bar, happy hour all night, two HDTV big screens, door prizes and a kid’s menu and play area.
For Eagles fans, cheesesteaks and soft pretzels will be available for purchase.
For Patriots fans, clam chowder and lobster rolls will be available for purchase.
When: 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: Bonefish Grill on Hilton Head Island
What: In honor of Bonefish Grill’s late manager Charmaine Anthony Warthern, who was recently killed in an accident in Bluffton, the restaurant is asking the Lowcountry community to come together before Sunday’s game in Warthern’s honor.
The Grill will be giving away free food including bang bang shrimp, ahi tuna sashimi and many other items. In exchange, the restaurant is asking for those who attend to make a monetary donation and 100 percent of the funds raised will go to Warthern’s immediate family to help them during their time of need.
When: 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: Brody’s Bar and Grille in Beaufort
What: Superbowl game on 27 different televisions, with wing, nugget and wrap specials.
When: 12-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4
Where: Sanctuary Golf Club at 8 Waveland Ave. in Beaufort
What: Two person teams will compete in a golf tournament. Tee off (shotgun start) will begin at noon. The event will include food, golf and range balls. Call and reserve your team at 843-524-0300.
