Dirt recently started moving on a plot of land near Bojangles on Buckwalter Parkway.
A sign placed at the site announces the location as the future home of Optim Orthopedics.
The company, based in the Savannah area, already has several locations in Beaufort County.
Including an office at 95 Sea Island Parkway in Beaufort and one at 16 Okatie Center Blvd. in Bluffton.
Bojangles opened along the stretch of road in late 2016.
