Luxury Bluffton-area apartment complex sold
Courtney Bend at New River informed residents by letter that the property had new ownership as of Nov. 1.
All property and leases for the Hardeeville apartment complex were transferred from Raia SC Exchange VG Mahwah LLC to the Fogelman Management Group, according to the letter.
Fogelman Group, out of Memphis, manages more than 23,000 apartment homes, the letter said.
