You can now find this Savannah beer in Beaufort County

Savannah’s Coastal Empire Beer Co. will soon be selling its brews again in Beaufort County.

A launch party celebrating the sale of the beer in South Carolina again will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. at Fat Patties’ Beaufort and Bluffton locations. Those who attend will be able to taste beer brewed by the company.

Chris Haborak, brewery co-founder, said Thursday the beer first started selling in the South Carolina in 2013 but due to issues with a distributor it stopped in 2014.

The plan is to serve the beer throughout Beaufort County, Haborak said. Fat Patties locations will be the first to stock the brews.
