Royal Caribbean introduces new cruise duck characters
The popular cruise duck trend is coming to life in a human-sized way on Royal Caribbean's new Icon-class ship, Legend of the Seas.
For many families, one of the most-anticipated attractions on Legend of the Seas is the ducky-go-round, a new spin on the merry-go-round featured in the Surfside family neighborhood on Icon-class ships that will feature Royal Caribbean's very own cruise duck characters.
With just days to go until Legend of the Seas launches from Rome, Royal Caribbean just revealed the full cast of vacation-inspired cruise duck characters that families will soon take for a spin as they sail around the Mediterranean.
These whimsical duckies are sure to inspire passengers to set sail with fresh enthusiasm for the playful cruise pastime of hiding and hunting for rubber ducks around cruise ships.

Legend of the Seas' ducky-go-round includes 10 duck characters
Legend of the Seas' ducky-go-round features 10 cruise ducks ranging from a captain and a cowgirl to ducks with unicorn, rooster, and flamingo personas.
"Meet the human-sized duckies that you can ride on a carousel in the middle of the ocean," Royal Caribbean captioned a social media video introducing the cruise ducks.

Legend of the Seas' carousel of cruise duck characters includes:
- Captain Quack: Master of the largest tub in the world: the ocean. Knows how to navigate his way to a piña colada using only the stars.
- Bella: A rubber ducky who has never said no to dessert. She finds the question rude. She doesn't have a sweet tooth. She has 32 of them.
- Roo: Adrenaline junkie who has watched every show at Absolute Zero, even once from inside a trash can. Doing Crown's Edge is part of his morning routine.
- Puddles: Came of his rubber egg already wearing a snorkel. Enters every body of water headfirst, including smoothies.
- Rosie: The whole ship is Rosie's dance floor. She doesn't walk through Playscape. She makes an entrance through Playscape.
- Coco: Relaxed beyond what science can measure. Has never been horizontal for less than four hours.
- Marco: This rubber ducky has one mission: maximum splash. Has never walked past a waterslide. Treats the dump bucket like a shower.
- Dolly: Everything is a rodeo to Dolly. The buffet line. The carousel. Getting on the elevator. Says yee-haw instead of quack.
- King Bling: His sunglasses have never once been removed, including for naps or photos. His chain is heavier than his luggage.
- Atlas: Carries a map to a ship he already has memorized. Believes the best souvenirs are stories…and snacks.
