Bluffton man to see Pope Francis

Lisandro Acosta of Bluffton has tickets to see Pope Francis when he comes to Washington, DC.

Acosta, a marketing consultant for Savannah television station WGSA and the station's local Telemundo Branch, asked for the tickets when me met US Rep. Mark Stanford at a work event, according to a WSAV report.

Acosta said he expects the pope to speak about immigration when he addresses a joint session of Congress on Thursday morning, the report said.

"Yes, it's an historic event because the Hispanic pope is coming to the US and addressing Congress, both the Senate and the House all together," Acosta said.

Acosta said he predicts the pope's visit will be a day when everyone on Capitol Hill gets along, and that the pope brings out the best in people.
